Phnom Penh, Kirirom, Cardamom Mountain, Sihanouk Ville
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Phnom Penh City Tour
Motorbike and gear fitting and tour briefing. City tours to visit the bustling Phnom Penh Capital by motorbike. The traffic is very busy, so please follow the driving rule explained by our guide strictly. The city tour including National Museum, Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda. Afternoon, visit Toul Sleng Genocide Museum known asS21, Russian Market and Cheung Ek Killing Fields. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 2: Phnom Penh - Kirirom National Park
Breakfast at the hotel. We ride to Kirirom National Park. We turn right at Treng Trayeung to get off the main road. Continue to ride on the backroad to the top of the hills. We visit some of the sites at Kirirom, enjoy the view with fresh air and long pine forest. Afternoon, ride downhill and continue on the dirt road to Chom Bok community. Take the ride along the ox cart path along the bamboo forest until the foot of the hill. Hike 30 minutes to the 40 meter high water fall. Enjoy swimming and relaxing before getting down and ride to our accommodation. Overnight in Kirirom National Park.
Day 3: Kirirom - Cardamom Mountains
After breakfast. We ride to Andung Teuk where we take the boat about 2 hours to Chi Phat community located on Cardamom Mountains. It is the best preseved rain forst in Cambodia. During the 2 decades civil war in Cambodia, Cardamom mountain was not accessible for the tourist. Now it has been open for the tourist and our dirt bike tour guide will take you safely to visit the mountains. We ride to visit Veal Taprak known as "Silver Field". Veal Traprak is a grassy field in the middle of the jungle with a seasonal pond where wildlife such as Sambar deer and wild pigs can be seen. If time permits, visit Peang Boran known as Burial Jar or the Mountain of Ancient Jars: This important Ancient Burial site of is an ancient burial site with clay jars and wooden coffins (National Geographic has produced a documentary about these artifacts). Overnight in Chi Phat.
Day 4: Chi Phat - Sihanouk Ville
Today we have sunrise with bird watching. Then we take the boat back to Andung Teuk. Continue to ride the motorbike to Sihanouk Ville. 20km before Sihanouk Ville, we turn left to Ream National Park to ride on the quiet road to Koh Sampoch. Enjoy swimming and relaxing at this remoted quiet beach. Afternoon, we continue to ride to Sihanouk Ville. Check in at the hotel and ride around Sihanouk Ville to the beach for sunset. Overnight in Sihanouk Ville.
Day 5: Sihanouk Ville - Phnom Penh
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning relax at the beach and enjoy swimming before riding back to Phnom Penh. Tour Ends.

This tour mostly follows mixed of dirt road, passing the countryside and the rice field, the jungle. The back road along the village is small but enjoyable for motorbike, less busy. A little bit sandy, muddy and potholes. |
